We are looking for someone bright, enthusiastic, and personable to help with new client onboarding, training, and support.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are hiring for an entry-level account manager. The primary responsibility will be working with clients who are starting to use our software to guide them through our “next steps” checklist, track outstanding to do items and requests, answer questions, and provide help materials and information.

The role also involves:

  • Working on the back end to help setup and configure our software.
  • Building fillable forms using HTML and CSS.
  • Providing basic troubleshooting and customer support via phone, email, and our ticketing system. We all pitch in on support and everyone has certain days/ times when they are responsible for providing direct customer support.
  • Eventually, holding screen sharing training calls with onboarding clients.

The position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a high degree of comfort/aptitude with technology, and the ability to quickly gain proficiency on a complicated system. Those with prior work experience in a healthcare setting (especially primary care) are highly encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate may also have customer service experience and/or experience (or interest) in basic coding (HTML/CSS).

Changing from one EHR system to another can be a very stressful time for clinics. So it is also important to be able to remain calm in the face of clients’ anxiety or frustration, and not take their frustration personally.

LOCATION, COMPENSATION, & BENEFITS

We are currently 100% working from home, gradually transitioning to a partial work from home model at our new office at the Glass Lab (SE MLK and SE Mill). Post-COVID, this will be a primarily in-office position.

Compensation for this position is $36,000-$45,000, depending on experience. We also offer flexible PTO, medical and dental healthcare coverage, and 401k, as well as standing desks, and regular staff happy hours (when we’re not 100% work from home).
