Submitting a support ticket is the best way to reach us. But you can also call during our business hours of 8:30am-5:30pm Pacific Time, M-F.

For urgent technical support issues (where you are unable to access the EHR, for example), support staff is generally available outside of business hours, though this is not guaranteed, and would be reached by calling the main phone number, below.

  • Omit all other patient-identifying information.
