Patient timezone support! A patient’s timezone can now be set in the Home Address tab of the Patient Information window, making it so that appointment reminders and the upcoming appointment notice in the Patient Portal will show the appointment time in the patient’s timezone.
Improvements to the estimated charges module, including making it possible for estimated charges to deduct from inventory, and the ability to add sales tax when estimates are approved.

Estimated charges – created a feature to be able to add “estimated” charges to a patient’s account that do not affect the patient’s balance, but are easily tracked and then converted to regular charges or removed, as needed. This can be used to more easily generate estimates for patients or to track usage under a package purchase made.
Email notices to patients for secure message notices and document notices include “Dear [First Name]”, so that it is clear which patient on a shared family email account the notice is meant for.
Improvements to the inbound fax rotating and splitting tool.
Iframe/embedded calendar option available, so that you can embed the appointment request module outside of the Patient Portal in your website to be able to allow prospective patients (who have not yet registered or signed up for the Portal) to request appointments.
Added a wait-list tool for tracking patients who want to be scheduled into the next available appointment slot.
