System administrators can now restore deleted user accounts, allowing for re-activating the user account of an employee who left and then returned.
New configuration option can suppress all headers for all Chart Part variables. So, for example, [[pt_rxs]] would just pull in the patient’s current medications, without the header CURRENT MEDICATIONS.
When hovering over a lab that you want to order, the hover over information now includes associated charge details, where applicable.
When dispensing medications, the label will now include “Dispensed by”, showing the user.
Patients can now add ACH payment information securely via the Patient Portal (Bluefin only, and only if the clinic has ACH billing set up with Bluefin).
My Medications page on the Patient Portal now shows the date that each medication was most recently prescribed.

November, 2021

If you use Stripe for subscriptions, the Credit Card and Subscription report now flags patients who are approaching or just past “seminal” birthdays (those seminal birthdays can be configured by request to support).
Exporting the commission report now includes a number of additional columns, including the patient’s preferred provider.
For clinics that have multiple integrated Bluefin accounts, subscriptions can be set to process under the non-primary Bluefin account.
Option added to API add patient endpoint to designate the patient’s assigned Primary Provider.
When returning lab results via the API, it includes the date the results were added to Cerbo, in addition to the result date.

When enabling 2-factor authentication, you are now able to use a non-U.S. cell phone number (by request).
When defining insurance carriers, there is now a free-text notes field for internal reference.

Default password requirements for the EHR now require a minimum of 8 characters.
New filter in Reporting > A/R and Pt Balances to show everyone with a balance 0-90 days old.
Added the ability for users to create and edit vaccine entries.

The Advanced Patient Search has a new filters for patients who have a credit card on file or who have, or have not, completed a specific questionnaire.
New option to permanently delete all unused orders from the Orders/ Labs Database.
New option to permanently delete all unused Alternate Plan Options.
The Questionnaire Manager now allows age-based criteria to be based on days or months, not just years. This is helpful for pediatric clinics and well-child forms.
Resources can be assigned tasks!
CDC growth charts can be converted into cm by request.
More third-party integrations added to Admin > Manage > Integrations to be managed by clients directly.
Patients can add/ edit their secondary insurance information via the Patient Portal under My Account Details.

Users with Superadmin permissions can now restore/ recover deleted patient documents.
CDC percentiles are now shown on the Head Circumference graph on the Patient Portal.
Supplement strength now show on the condensed version of the Printable Medications List.
Charge usage history (accessible from within that charge entry in Admin > Manage > Charge List) can be exported to spreadsheet.
You can now add commission values for specific charges. And there is a new commissions report (which reports commissions based on all charges, not payments/only paid charges).
When cloning an encounter note, you now have the option to create the cloned note as a sub-note of an existing encounter.
SMS messages coming into the EHR via the Twilio integration do not have to be forwarded to another number at all, but can just reside in the EHR.
The Advanced Patient Search now lists age in days or months for patients under 2 years old.

The Patient Notice, if a note is set there for a patient, will appear in the Secure Message composing window for that patient.
Indicator added to the Patient Portal (exclamation on the My Visit Summaries menu item) when a patient has a new encounter summary available.

Added the ability to send the results of an Advanced Patient Search into specific other reports, such as the Revenue by Patient Report, and Unread Secure Messages Report.
When exporting the patient’s record as a zip file, the export now includes provider or staff Notes on the patient’s documents. Those notes come from the Notes field in the Document Review window.
When adding a new user, their permission level must be manually selected. This avoids inadvertently giving greater permissions than intended to newly-added users.
Browser autocomplete re-enabled for the Subject line in tasks.
Chart Parts‘ associated actions can now be reordered, to change the order that they appear as Suggested Actions when the Chart Part is run.
Added ability to mark charges as “reviewed” within the Insurance Billing Summary Report.
New properties added for the appointments API endpoint for indicating whether it is a telemedicine appt, and returning the unique URL for the video call).

Newly added ability to manage your own Patient Portal Questionnaires page! Including setting display rules so that certain forms and questionnaires only appear for specific patients, based on criteria like age, sex, upcoming appointments, primary provider, tags, etc.
New integration with Xymogen’s online dispensary Wholescripts!
The Patient Timeline now lays out nicely for printing.
You can edit an item’s wholesale pricing from within a purchase order.
New integration with Evexia Diagnostics.
Lab orders that are scheduled for a future date retain the future-date stamp when that date passes. Past dates are shown in a faded grey to distinguish them from upcoming scheduled dates.
You can now right-click on a discontinued medication prescription to un-discontinue it.

For clinics that use Hint and Cerbo, there is now a direct link from the patient chart to their Hint profile. It appears even if they don’t have a subscription in Hint.
Better drug matching on refill requests that pharmacies send without NDC identifiers, or with identifiers that don’t match what was sent.
When a Wellness Plan is generated and saved from within an encounter note, it automatically attaches to the note.
Patients can add or modify their Emergency Contact via the Patient Portal My Account Details page (optional by configuration).
Details added on the encounter summary for pellet dosing (for clinics that do hormone pelleting).

The Advanced Patient Search can now be used to search in the negative. First you run it once (either for all patients, or a subset), and then you can re-run the search to exclude patients based on any of the available criteria.
For clinics with multiple Bluefin merchant services accounts integrated, the End of Period billing report can now filter by account.
When filing a fax from the Inbound Fax queue, you can designate a documents subfolder in the initial screen. You can also designate documents subfolders within the multi-document uploader.
BMI is hidden on the weight chart for patients under 2 years old.
Weights measured in kg can now record additional decimal places.
Supplements and alternate plan items now support multiple saved dosing profiles.
Improvements to Fullscript integration.

Alternate plan items or recommendations whose instructions have been updated in the Wellness Plan will show the up in the relevant encounter note with the original instructions.
